For cleanliness and overall care like with meals, I would rate them a 5. But for the nursing care managers, they’re overloaded with work so they can’t give the families the attention they are looking for. They are overworked and they don’t have enough administration as big as that nursing home is. It was hard to get a hold of the nurse who was the case manager of my uncle’s situation, our calls would not be returned. So with the administration aspect, a lot of work needs to be done. But the staff was pleasant when I interacted with them, although there will always be 1 or 2 who weren’t so pleasant.

Visited the facility a while back and the residents don't look too well. Management was not good and I have had a lot of friends not recommend this place due to management.... I think this community is beautiful, clean, well maintained. The food is ok, and they have changed Chefs since my loved one has been there.
